Your order is accepted and a contract formed when we send you an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred — a full refund will be issued in such cases.

Karavali Mangalore Store is currently an unregistered dealer under GST. GST is not charged separately on any order, and GST invoices are not issued. A standard invoice will be included with every order for your records.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, ingredient information, and shelf life accurately. However, minor variations may occur. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergen concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
