Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your Karavali products.

1. Where We Deliver

We deliver across Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Pan-India (all states and union territories of India).

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Hyperlocal — within 5 km of our store in Ganganagar, Bengaluru: Same day for orders placed by 12:00 PM.
  • Standard Bengaluru (beyond 5 km): Next day.
  • Karnataka (outside Bengaluru): 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India (Pan-India): 4–7 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. During festivals, weekends, and peak periods, timelines may extend by one additional day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Bengaluru: Free delivery on orders above ₹799. A flat shipping charge of ₹70 applies for orders below ₹799.
  • Karnataka (outside Bengaluru): Free delivery on orders above ₹1,499. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies for orders below ₹1,499.
  • Rest of India (Pan-India): Free delivery on orders above ₹1,999. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies for orders below ₹1,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for Bengaluru orders only. ₹45 flat surcharge added at checkout. This is non-refundable.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

To receive same-day delivery (hyperlocal zone), your order must be placed by 12:00 PM IST on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day. We operate Tuesday to Sunday. Orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to complete a delivery on the first attempt (due to an incorrect address, locked gate, or customer unavailability), a second attempt will be made on the next working day. If the second attempt also fails:

  • Prepaid Orders (Non-Perishable Items): The order will be returned to our facility. We will initiate a refund for the non-perishable items back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned package is safely received and verified at our origin location, minus the shipping charges incurred.
  • Prepaid Orders (Perishable Items): Due to the perishable nature of fresh food items, orders containing fresh or spoilage-prone products cannot be refunded if the delivery fails due to customer unavailability.
  • COD Orders (Bengaluru Only): The order will be cancelled, and future Cash on Delivery privileges for the account may be restricted.

6. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances affecting our logistics partners. We will communicate any significant delays proactively via SMS or WhatsApp.
