Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind every order. Here is how we handle issues.

1. Our General Policy
All products sold on karavalimangalorestore.com are food items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are final. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every order we dispatch. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will assess it fairly.
2. Spoiled Items — Store Credit
If you receive a product that is spoiled, we will issue a store credit coupon equal to the value of the affected item. Conditions:
- The claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91-9611573008), with a clear photo or short video of the spoiled product and its packaging.
- Once verified, a coupon code will be issued to your registered phone number within 1 business day.
- The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on any order on karavalimangalorestore.com.
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or extended.
3. Damaged in Transit, Wrong Item, or Short Quantity
If your order arrives damaged, contains a wrong item, or is short in quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91-9611573008) with photographic evidence. Resolution may take the form of a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
4. How to Raise a Claim
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-9611573008) within 24 hours of delivery. Support is available Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. We are closed on Mondays.
- Share a clear photo or short video of the issue with original packaging visible.
- Provide your order number.
Claims raised after 24 hours or without supporting evidence cannot be processed.
5. What Is Not Covered
The following items and scenarios do not qualify for store credit, replacement, or refund:
- Change of mind or personal taste preference.
- Product already opened, partially consumed, or with tampered packaging.
- Complaints about delivery timing or speed.
- Quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
- Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price, unless the issue falls under the spoiled or damaged sections above.
Note: For failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, please refer to Section 5 of our Shipping Policy for specific handling terms.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been packed and dispatched. Once packing begins, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91-9611573008) with your order number during support hours.
- Prepaid Orders: Cancelled before dispatch: full refund within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders (Bengaluru Only): Cancelled before dispatch: no charge applies.
7. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Razorpay. Once initiated from our end, the timeline for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. We will share a refund confirmation message with you as soon as it is triggered.
