Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we deliver your Karavali products.

1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within Bengaluru only. We do not ship outside Bengaluru at this time. Pan-India delivery will be announced separately when available.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location within Bengaluru:
- Hyperlocal (within 10 km of our store in Ganganagar): Same day for orders placed by 12:00 PM.
- Standard Bengaluru (beyond 10 km): Next day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. During festivals, weekends, and peak periods, timelines may extend by one additional day.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders of ₹799 and above: FREE shipping.
Orders below ₹799: ₹70 flat shipping charge.
Distance-based delivery: The ₹70 charge applies for deliveries within 7–8km of our store in RT Nagar, Bengaluru. For orders beyond this range, the actual logistics cost will be calculated and shared with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. You can choose to accept or cancel at that point — no obligation.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹45 flat surcharge added at checkout. This is non-refundable.
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
To receive same-day delivery (hyperlocal zone), your order must be placed by 12:00 PM IST on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day. We operate Tuesday to Sunday. Orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, we will attempt re-delivery once on the next working day. If the second attempt also fails, your order will be cancelled:
- Prepaid orders: a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: the order will be cancelled and no charge will apply. The COD surcharge is not collected on failed deliveries.
6. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances affecting our logistics partners. We will communicate any significant delays proactively via SMS or WhatsApp.
